Executive Director, BVEP
Clark Krause overuses the term “measurable and accountable goals,” interrupts when excited and is direct with his suggestions. Early in his career, Clark spent a decade in sales and marketing for American Honda & Ford Motor Company, followed by several years as Director of Sales and Marketing for a Utah ski resort. Clark then transitioned into Economic Development, where he led efforts for beautiful Cedar City, Utah as the Economic Development Director. Clark then transitioned to a role as President and CEO of the New Mexico partnership that led the state of New Mexico’s efforts to bring in jobs and investment. In 2010, Clark stepped into his next dream job after being tapped to lead the Boise Valley Economic Partnership. Clark is a creature of habit, and can be found nearly every morning enjoying an oatmeal and triple soy latte at Flying M. Clark aspires to find the best donuts, pizza and BBQ in the nation, and utilizes his favorite ap—Chefs Feed—for travel. On weekends you can find Clark on a Bogus Basin chairlift, grateful to be able to ski such a great mountain. Clark is a proud father with two children and a lovely wife.
