Boise State University TECenter Launches Entrepreneur in Residence Program

via TECenter news release

The TECenter is now offering an Entrepreneur-In-Residence mentoring program.  This program capitalizes on our clients who are experienced business leaders and have successfully managed a startup.  The mentors will meet regularly with fellow TECenter clients to offer perspective and insights on building a business from scratch.

“One of the most valuable aspects to being a resident client at the TECenter are the other entrepreneurs in the building.  This program takes casual networking one step further. These one-on-one meetings will be free to the recipient, and will also be a valuable experience for the mentor.  We are very excited to get this program up and running,” Will Fowler, Program and Marketing Manager

Clients who are interested in this service should contact Will Fowler (willfowler@boisestate.edu) to schedule a consultation.

Due to the size and variety of spaces within the TECenter, there is a breadth of unique and diverse companies that make up a part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Clients produce everything from woodworking templates, to software and high-tech monitoring equipment. Companies at the TECenter range from zero to roughly ten million dollars in annual sales and employ approximately 75 full-time jobs in Nampa.
