The Boise Wine Experience

George Balling, co-owner of The Dinner Party in Coeur d’Alene, recently took a trip to Boise to host a weekend of wine tastings and dinners for two couples. His first time in Boise was a fantastic experience; describing the City of Trees as “vibrant and loaded with wineries and restaurants that would thrill any wine enthusiast.”

The entourage wined and dined at Red Feather and Capital Cellars, both locations “had beautiful spaces and great looking wine cellars, stocked with impressive collections of both domestic and European wines - including many of our favorites that we rarely see on restaurant lists.” Wine tastings at Snake River Valley Winery, Telaya, Cinder and Coiled were nothing short of stunning to complete their wine weekend.

With over fifty wineries and numerous restaurants with impressive wine selections, George declared Boise a “must-visit destination” for any vino lover.
