Mother Earth Brew Co., a San Diego County-based production craft brewer, has selected Nampa, Idaho as the location for its second brewery facility. This marks its first brewery expansion outside of California.
A collaborative effort between the City of Nampa Economic Development, Boise Valley Economic Partnership and private industry helped bring the brewery to the Valley. Working with Mike Fery at Rocky Mountain Properties, Mother Earth secured an existing 40,000 square-foot facility in the I-84 Industrial Park for its brewery, tasting room and corporate office space.
The brewery is currently ordering new equipment and plans on being operational by early to mid-2016. The goal for the facility is to double the brewery’s overall production capability and allow for expansion into additional Pacific Northwest markets.
